Put that down, fatty!

Aw that's so sweet of you..That's really made my evening better :D xx

Sorry to hear you've been poorly..Bet you're frustrated as hell about the gym. I know I would be. Sometimes it feels like everything is against you loosing weight--very easy to give up but I know you'll stay strong and stick with it.

Sorry to hear that Sunshine! That has to be frustrating. You rest and take care of yourself until you are feeling better. No need to make things worse. If you watch your calories, you'll still lose weight even without gym time. But make sure to get enough calories, your body needs them now to fight it.

Thanks Mizzie my lovely <3 I'm eating like I'm getting paid to do so right now. Starrrving. But trying to stay below my limit! Did a huge food shop recently so very hard to resist with all the yummy (although healthy!) food in the house.

Hey hun, i hope you get better soon, i always have cheese on toast when im feeling bad lol :). Oh and i seriously have to say well done so far, youve done amazing!!!!

Hugs Nessy xx

I lost another 3! It's over two weeks though, so not that great! But considering it was Easter and all..And I've been poorly..not too shabby at all!

At 25 pounds lost now! And over 10% of my body weight!!

Ooh well done :)
Do they still give you a keyring when you lose 10%? Oh and the stone at a stone? Or have you not been with them since the start?
I still have mine from the first time round but it's currently hidden at the bottom of a box because it makes me feel a bit guilty!
My friend had labyrinthitis and it took days to go away, but she ignored it at first then only went to the docs when it got really bad, so hope you're feeling better soon!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well and I really hope that you are able to get everything all sorted out soon. Considering everything that has been going on, 3 pounds lost in two weeks is still great! You have the hang of it and congrats on losing 10%!!!! Your doing great chica, just keep it up.

What is squash (clearly not the veggie)?? It is a drink over in the UK?? Ive seen someone mention it twice now! :)

Whoo-Hoo on the losses! You're better than me on the 20 stint on the treadmill. I go ten and get bored and move onto another machine. Watching my thighs flap in the mirror in front of the machine doesn't help me much either, lol.

Hope your feeling better!

We don't have mirrors at my gym so I just shut my eyes and tell myself I'm Jessica Alba on a walk on the beach! ;)

And thank you very much! 20 mins is my max for most machines. I tend to do either 100 or 200 calories on each and move on. Must tackle my nemesis the Rowing Machine tomorrow. Evil thing.

I'm seriously so hungry. This is not good. Maybe because this is the first time in about a billion years (okay, *slight* exageration) that I've been up since 8am. Anddd maybe it's because I did a morning work-out. And maybe it's because I'm ill and my body needs ze extra fuds? Whatever it is, GO AWAY. Not amused. I really do feel like eating my body-weight in crisps right now.

But as I have wisely decided, if I'm going to have a fat day where my body obviously hates me and wants feeding 24/7 like some horrible demented pigwomanthing, then I SHALL FEED IT. But with healthy stuffs. I could just eat crap which wont get rid of the hunger because it's all empty calories and bad for me. So I'll eat fruit and veg and WW stuff until it comes out of my nose. Well, not literally. I'm trying to stay under 1400 for the day. I've made it higher than my usual 1200 because of the virus thing I have. Best to be safe.

Well done on managing to workout still when you're ill!
Personally there is nothing worse than having to move at all when I'm feeling ill.
I just like to lay in bed and sleep and watch TV on my laptop to catch up with all the trashy programmes I've missed!!

That's what I feel like doing now but gotta drag my ass to the gym!! Watching a cheeky bit of TV now though ;)

Breakfast: WW beans on toast - 200
Lunch: slice of carrot cake (ww) - 84
Dinner: spag bol (home-made nom nom) 600
Snacks:
orange - 45
small glass of wine - 240
Exercise: 45 min work-out dvd. Not sure on calories.
