I'm being a big fatty today and doing no exercise *grins* It's a sunday, dammit! I want to stay in bed all day!
BUT, next week is the week that will end allllll weeks. Yank arrives on Saturday morning so I have to look smokin'
So this is the exercise plan for next week.
Monday:
Walk to and from Uni - 80 mins walking
Gym after Uni for an hour.
Tuesday:
Uni and back - 80 mins walking
Weds:
Uni and back - 80 mins walking
gym for hour
Thursday:
Get up early and do work-out at gym
Walk to work meeting in evening - 30 mins
Friday:
PANIC AND GET THE HOUSE READY!!
Maybe gym in the morning because I'll be up early but I'll be running around cleaning all day so that'll burn a few calories anyway
And of course, eating home-cooked healthy meals done by moi! I shall become a good cook!
And then the only exercise I'm doing for the next week will be in the bedroom *looks angelic*
