Today I had my last exam for this semester! AND I ACED ITTT! Well, pretty sure.
Really want to go for a long walk this afternoon but I've been having some trouble with a piercing and I stopped into a piercing shop on the way home and they said to rest so it can heal. The walking kinda..irritates it!
Far too much information and for once I'm actually a little sad I can't do much today. I'm free for a WHOLE WEEK before Uni starts again and I really wanted to work twice as hard this week whilst I have the free time. Still going for my swim tonight (I hope!) at 7pm and it's a 30 min walk away so I'll just stroll and take it easy.
Already done 30 mins of proper walking
*flaps bingo wings enthusiastically* on the way home from my exam before my piercing started playing up AGAIN. Swear to god, more bloody hassle than it's worth. Going to see the piercer tomorrow to get it looked at properly and maybe changed to a new bar so I should be back to normal by tomorrow afternoon for another swim. It's only £1.50 for students to go in the evening and they are open til 10! Less people to see my body in my horrid swimming costume.
I think I'll probably just draw more attention to myself if I wear shorts/t shirt though so i'll brave it!
I HAD BREAKFAST TODAY! I never have brekkie so I was quite proud of myself.
So my today (havent had dinner/lunch yet but here's the plan!) :
Breakfast
2 wholemeal pitta with a little low fat cream cheese (250)
Lunch
mini pizza and wedges with salad: 600
Dinner
Will want something light after swimming, so I'll have WW soup with 1/2 of pasta in it (150)
So, 1000! Which is a good amount because then I've got room to snack on satsumas (nomnomnomcrack) and veggie bits
And my swimming will burn quite a bit (hopefully!)
