Put that down, fatty!

*runs into diary and flaps bingo wings*

And Yanks/Canadians, I have nothing against you, I promise ;) My boypiece is actually American (from Idaho) and he's FINALLY moving here! Long distance relationships
are hard but it's giving me that extra bit of drive to get a little less fat by the time he arrives ;)

You know, I was starting to feel like I was unloved over here... lol

Yay that he is moving! That is so exciting and I am happy for you. I know that you will lose the weight that you need to! First of all, though, you really need to start eating the right number of calories, girl! Your body isn't going to burn the extra if you aren't eating the right number to begin with! Lots of fruits, veggies, and not so much of the processed stuff is what you need!

As far as your question about calories after midnight, I would count them in coordination with your sleep cycle. If you wake at 11 am/noon and don't go to bed again until 3/4 am then that would be your day and the calories after midnight would count toward that day. Hope I explained that right - it sounded ok in my head.... :-/

Oh! And good luck with your job. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!!

Thanks for advice Kris, it made sense, don't worry! And thank you everyone else for the congrats!

Going home today for a memorial service for my Uncle so I shall be doing lots of dog walking with my Babyboyy (Bailey ze black lab) and then a long walk after the service tomorrow so i'll still get my excercise.

AND YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A SATSUMA IS?! REALLY?! My email address is satsuma_junkie for a reason. They are my personal brand of crack.

I dunno if there's a difference, but I fucking love clementines.

You seem to be doing well, keep it up.

x

Yeah I never heard of it. I've definitely never eaten them before. They look like mandarins! Hey at least I knew it was a citrus of some sort from that scent from the body shop, lol.

*shakes head in shame*

Poor, unrecognised satsuma.

So anyway, I'm at home right now for this memorial. Nearly midnight and am all tucked up in my childhood bed :D It's lovely

I was VERY bad today.

Breakfast:
sultana biscuit: 80 cals
Lunch:
Was at station and had a cup of tea and a toasted ham and cheese panini. It wasn't masssive but I think it had to be at least 350-400 cals. Easy.
Snacks:
3 satsumas - 120
1 scotch egg -80
3 vodka and lemonades - 40
popcorn (but the sort you pop yourself, not the bagged shit) - 50
Dinner:
TACOS! Only had two shells. No sour cream. Lean mince. Salad. 3 potato thingys.

No idea what dinner was :/ The rest of the day came to about 800 so hopefully dinner wasn't more than 500 but I really dont know :/

Meh.

But I does loves thems tacos.

Sunflower, that day doesnt sound as bad as you seem to think. :) If you're worried try to think carefully about tomorrows menu and make it work for you, but I don't think you've gone too OTT.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. x

Well done this week! Not to be a downer but those paninis have a lot more cals than we think. I was shocked when I once read how many were in there, it is in the like 600 or even 700 region, it is the combo of the bread and the cheese... not a good mix.
But fear not, one day with more calories won't harm you, just eat a little lighter today and you will be fine. And especially if you are going to have to eat something where the cals are higher enjoy it. I mean you are going to put it in yout mouth either way, so what is the point in feeling bad the whole time? Don't, enjoy it, savour it, and then go back to eating more healthy.
In the skinny life (like the life when you have lost all the weight) there will be days when you have to eat at a station too, and you may have to make the same choice. And you don't want to spend your whole skinny life feeling guilty, do you? Just correct for it afterwards or on the next day.

Have a great sunday, Camy

Nooooo, Camy! Why did you have to tell me that!! :p

Well, fatty failed yesterday then!
I had a friend over so ended up having some crispy bits I shouldn't have had as well.

But today will be good! I'm armed with a brutal hangover so am hiding in my room revising for an exam drinking green tea and feeling sorry for myself!

Today:
low fat jelly - 10
baked potato - 200
cream cheese (low fat) - 50
WW bacon - 100
salad - NONE!

And then I shall have a mini-pizza for dinner (379 cals) with salad and mushrooms!

nom nom nom

Hope everyone is good!

I'm starting to see a difference in my body after nearly 3 weeks and it's wonderful :D

Sooo, I took my photos the other day. I've lost 10.5 so far and feeling good! That skirt didn't fit me a month ago so it was nice to get in it again!

I think I'll take photos every 2 weeks or so to see if I can see progress. And take all my measurments and such.

Weird, I looked at the photos before I read your comment, and I was going to say I love the skirt!! Where's it from? It's nice.

It's great that you're feeling good about yourself :) x

Can you direct me to a picture of what you looked like before?

I'd go through all 8 pages, but I can't be arsed :D

That was me on my 20th birthday in Sept. VILE. I've lost nearly a stone since then :)

Def. SO noticeable! Well done, you will be one hot girl in just a few months, not that you aren't right now, but you will be stunning!

Nothing more motivating than some pictures of progress! Camy

Not better than a fast walk, but it will work your upper body muscles more. Muscle building is good for burning fat.
