Today has been a bit meh. Woke up feeling ill and have been dry retching and feeling dizzy and such. Too scared to eat anything but have had sweet tea and will try and eat soon. I'm worried perhaps that me feeling ill (felt a bit poorly last night too) might have something to do with the diet? :/ I don't know.

I want to lose weight but I want to be healthy about it. I think I'm perhaps not eating enough.

Rawr. I don't know. It' 4pm here and I've been up all day with no food which probably wont help the sickess. Going to try and eat something soon though.

Still buzzing from WW last night. Took all my measurements and such last night so I can monitor to see if I lose weight from my arms *shakes bingo wings at you all*.
 
I literally just amused myself for a few mins shaking my bingo wings and laughing my ass off in the mirror.

I think being a fatty is the least of my troubles ;)

Maybe you're coming down with something. The flu is going around, so many people have had it. But if you were able to drink fluids and keep it down, maybe try and eat something light. I got over the flu recently and when my symptoms were gone I started with tea, then chicken noodle soup, flat gingerale and soda crackers. Had that for 2 and a half days, lol.

Thanks for all the comments! Risty, I hope I'm not getting flu. I'm far too busy and important to spend time at home being ill ;)

Anddd, on that note. I had a job interview today so keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm sick of shitty retail jobs so I applied to work with disabled children at a government run scheme set up so people like moi (once I'm trained) can go to their homes and stay with them/take them out whilst their parents get a break. Some of the shifts are from 10pm til 7am which will be hard but I REALLY want this job.

I want to eventually teach disabled children so it will be wonderful experience. Even though the woman interviewing me told me some grusome stories about food tubes and being called a (avert eyes now if offended by bad language!) "fucking shitbag cunt" by a 5 year old child with autism. Is it bad that I still can't wait? I really hope I get it.

In fatty news, I have been doing well. Yesterday I had dinner (after feeling poorly all day) and then a SECOND dinner at like midnight to up my calories. Think I had about 1000.

Found these wonderful pizzas that are only (!) 350 cals and quite big so they are good to have with salads. And VERY nom worthy.

And Yanks/Canadians, I have nothing against you, I promise ;) My boypiece is actually American (from Idaho) and he's FINALLY moving here! Long distance relationships
are hard but it's giving me that extra bit of drive to get a little less fat by the time he arrives ;)

Must start todays calorie intake otherwise i'll forget/fall asleep.
I'll edit it as I go.

Breakfast: A cup of tea? No? Meh. I'll try breakfast again tomorrow.
Snacks: satsuma (40cals) and a packet of EVIL CALORIFIC CRISPS. Damn you, Walkers. That's 180 cals I ain't gettin' back.

Bit past lunch now but my eating pattern is 10 different kinds of messed up so I'll probably have lunch at dinner time, and then dinner at like 11pm. No rest for ze wicked.

Can anyone tell me if calories I eat after midnight count as the next days cals?
 
I had 5 satsumas today. May turn into one. Would be amusing but not overly practical.

So todayyy:
5 satsuma: 200
1 WW cake: 80
sugar free jelly - 10
1/4 of some VILE WW meal- 80
crisps: 200
nuts: 100

So 670 today. Will have soup later.
 
Do lots of ballet, your bingo wings will be gone in no time! Honestly, my arms are toning up nicely however that weird bit that is sort of between the boob and the armpit... I have a roll of fat there and have no clue how to tone that part of me! And leotards cut just past it so that it bulges!!! Fricking awful!

Otherwise, satsumas are good, I like them but I hate when my fingers smell and taste of orange peel so that stunts my consume quite a lot. And being one would suck! Nothing interesting ever happening in the net nor the fruitbowl! Stay a human, much more fun!

That is part of the Latissimus Dorsi Latissimus Dorsi and exercises for that area include such things as pullups, lat pulldowns etc.
 
What the heck is a satsuma???

I know in the Body Shop (store with soaps and lotions) there's a scent called satsuma and it's a citrus-type scent, lol.

I know you're not feeling well, but I hope when you do feel better that you up your cals! They're low, but when you feel awful it's understandable to not eat much.

PS - good luck with that job!
