I'm heading home today, so tomorrow I'll get on and do a proper post with a new diary (which I have yet to think of a name for! Will have time on the flight home to think about it!)
I've still been really good, finished day 5 of my 5 day split today which was awful and harder than usual because of the heat, I burned 317cals in 35mins (last 5 mins are stretching). Haha actually I slept with my HRM on last night because I was curious- my heart rate got up to 100BPM at one point during the night! Must've been having crazy dreams. Even sleeping I burn way more than fitday estimates which I still find boggling- wonder if I'm possibly STILL undereating? Going to make my deficit much lower in the weeks to come just in case!! Can't wait for weigh in on Fri, my calorie deficit every day has been averaging at around 600cals and the only 'bad' thing I've had here was 2 ciders on my husbands birthday.
Really don't want to go back. Blah.
