OK so 700g a week for this month- BRING IT! I have a new 5 day a week training program, planning to swim 3-4 days a week, and getting a proper deficit (apparently it needs to be 5404 every week, eek! But I'm determined!) The fortnight I have planned fits into that really well, after the 2 weeks if I'm ahead I can drop it back a bit. Don't see me needing to though, I'll be averaging around 1500-1700cals a day so should be easy! Also have a new recipe planned for every day of the fortnight so really have a meal to look forward to every single day, as well as the 2 alcoholic drinks cheat every week. Having that tomorrow, there's the Twilight markets here for the first time this year (apparently at the end of every month during summer) which goes 4-7pm, then off to the pub with a heap of ex-colleagues from work and my husband (possibly Wade, he's undecided).
I'm wanting to post CRAZY comparison pics next month! I can appreciate where I am right now though and how far I've come, each kg is a struggle to get off but each one I lose makes me more determined to lose the next one. Also every day I get stronger, my form improves with harder exercises and even on weeks I don't lose weight I can still see myself getting leaner.
Didn't post measurements from above- lost 2cms off my bust (first time it's gone down in the whole 8kgs I've lost. Stupid boobs!) lost 2cms off my waist, 1cm off the fullest part of my stomach, 2cms from around my hips, thighs stayed the same and lost 1 cm from the fullest part of my tricep/bicep.
Food Plan for Tomorrow- Day 30 of 112 (more than 1/4 through now!)
B- French toast experiment with oats
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
L- Quinoa and chicken vege bake
S- 2 wheat free crackers with 1/3 avocado
D- Super quick salad before we go out- tin of tuna and beans with spinach and tomatoes, then 2 bottles of cider at the pub *Cheat*
Exercise: Day 1 of my program- it's legs day!
Calories include 1 cup of almond milk for the 2 cups of coffee I have, also I have 2 cups of tea during the day.
Total calories: 1609 Total deficit: 765
Total deficit for the week: 1619
