I'm not positive but I believe you can only work out everyday if you don't push yourself to your max and not too many sets. And it's already a must to have a good diet.
It's hard to know how your body will respond to working out everyday. I did that once when I was 14, just shoulder pressing a single dumbbell every single day and I got amazing results; results I still don't have not been able to reclaim to this day at 19 years of age lol.
If you're working really hard right now to complete your sets/reps, then I say drop a set or a few reps so it doesn't tax your body as much and try working out everyday for 2~4 weeks and see if you get more results.
