punching yourself

Actually, punching yourself will condition your nerves to...die. Then, you feel less. Hence, conditioning. This, coupled with correct flexing technique leads to some cool results. It's different for bone, but for abdominal muscle this seems to be the case.

However, doing it while running on a treadmill? Lmao

Hahahahahaha.

Ha.
(LOL at the LV comment as well) :)

This is way off topic.

Zam is correct about bone density, but I havent heard anything about the muscles. Its also said that heavy weight training can possibly break down bone to increase density. Its probably not as good as direct conditioning.

Heavy weight training actually promotes bone density. I don't know what you meant by

heavy weight training can possibly break down bone to increase density

If it's muscle then it's not true.

Pretty much the reverse of prolonged 0 G living where your bones become weak and brittle.
