Ever since i can remember i've never been able to do more then 3-4 chin ups. I don't know whether its purely to do with body mass or lack of practice but my friend always says been able to do it one day may save your life.
So with that in mind one of my aims is to be able to get to the stage where i can do wide grip chin ups pretty competantly, does anyone have any advice on what i need to be working or how to better myself
