As a whole I'm looking at needing to lose about 120 lbs. I would like to see 250 by April. I want to set small goals as I go. I think that will help me from getting discouraged as easily.
You can put that down as a big win! Well done!!Today was total havoc at work today and I thought it almost got me. I really wanted to just grab a bag of chips. I did ignore the want. That is really not easy for me when the day is completely crazy.
