feeling good but its hard with people having huge dinners and giving candy out really testing my will power.

Cheers R.

I think you should be eating more calories. 1273 is low for a 125 pound woman let alone a guy our size.

Check this out.

yeah i was thinking the same thing i wouldn't want to go into starvation mode lol. Im bumping my count up to 2300per day and doing indoor work out every night. :)

Cheers R.

AI am am pretty lazy abiut going to the gym, so I find indoor workouts to work best for me, because I have no excuse to not do them. And congrats on the 5lbs loss man, just keep going strong and you will have a good loss every week.

I have noticed that i have not been trying to eat less just counting my calories and watching what i eat and i think my problem is that i just usually don't eat enough calories for a person of my size. i meen i don't get to work out like i would like to but i am active during the day and i don't eat much. so i think changing what i eat but eating the same amount will help me hit my goal if a person my size needs to eat 4000+ calories to maintain the weight than eating healthy and working out should make it easy for me to cut the fat.

Hey tooheavy: You keep up the calorie intake and it will come off...just keep it up! I've found that for me, I am reducing the amount I eat as well as the calories of the things I eat...it's a strange feeling, but when I'm hungry, I actually tell myself it's just me getting thinner. I've lost 57 pounds so far, and I've got another 60 to go. My sister has lost 124 so far and she's got about another 100 to go...so it is doable! When you feel you can, I can tell you that in both mine and my sisters case, exercise helped us really take it up a notch and start losing faster.

Keep up your motivation and determination!

Thanks :) i am really feeling good about myself i have been active every day switching out cookies for salads and soda for sun tea ect. :)

Cheers R.
