This is my most recent picture two days ago with my gf melissa,
My goal is to get down to 225lbs i am active but i over eat well not anymore getting healthier and counting my calories watching what i eat and getting more active by walking 2 miles a day to start working up to a jog. My main issue is my belly
so i have started doing sit ups working my stomach muscles. I really cant wait to see changes 
I plan to post updates, weights, pictures ect. every few days
