Whats up all, checkin in again =D I haven't been keeping my diet in check, but I have been going to the gym pretty regularly with a pattern of 3 workouts a week. I haven't been doing cardio, focusing on weights right now. I know I bounce around on what I want, but it doesn't matter because im sitll making progress either way. I've been teetering around the same weight (203ish). The difference though, is I have been able to push my weights/reps up on a lot of things and I have noticed a nice strength increase on my upper body, with a lot of development on my arms =D Waist still looks the same though =/.
Currently my routine is:
Dips 10x3 w/22.5lb dumbbell between my legs
-Supersetted With-
Pull ups 10x3 w/15lb dumbbell
After those,
Incline Bench 11x3 115lbs (upping weight soon)
-Supersetted With-
BO Rows 8x3 bent bar + 110lbs
After that I do leg raises
I do them one time to the left, one time to the right 5 times, then straight up 5 times. 3 sets of that.
