Progress Pics since Feb

back in february I got fed up with my lack of physical activity and weight gain, so I got myself back into the gym, after a long break. Well I started at 245 or so, after losing about 5lbs I took some pics. Anyways I'm down to 203 right now and have a few pics to compare the difference. I'm LOVIN it!

I've been around here for a while (as a few of you may remember). I started about 4 years ago when I was 16, at 265lbs. Through this website, diet and exercise in about 2 years I was able to hit 199 ONE time on the scale before I slipped and let myself go. From that point I got a job and lost time and motivation for the gym, and got all the way back up to 245 or so. This was at about january of this year. I got fed up with myself, and went for it again. This time I'm being not nearly as strenuous (sp?) on what I eat, but how much I eat. Portion size is my key this time around, and is working very well. The last time I hit 200 I was much weaker than I am this time around because I didn't do a good/balanced weight routine last time around. This time I've got it under control and I'm motivated to get the 6 pack that has been hidden under a huge layer of fat my whole life =D

ITS GO TIME!
 
You got the knowledge, just keep up the will power and the six pack will show up in no time flat. GREAT progress
 
Whats up all, checkin in again =D I haven't been keeping my diet in check, but I have been going to the gym pretty regularly with a pattern of 3 workouts a week. I haven't been doing cardio, focusing on weights right now. I know I bounce around on what I want, but it doesn't matter because im sitll making progress either way. I've been teetering around the same weight (203ish). The difference though, is I have been able to push my weights/reps up on a lot of things and I have noticed a nice strength increase on my upper body, with a lot of development on my arms =D Waist still looks the same though =/.

Currently my routine is:
Dips 10x3 w/22.5lb dumbbell between my legs
-Supersetted With-
Pull ups 10x3 w/15lb dumbbell

After those,
Incline Bench 11x3 115lbs (upping weight soon)
-Supersetted With-
BO Rows 8x3 bent bar + 110lbs

After that I do leg raises
I do them one time to the left, one time to the right 5 times, then straight up 5 times. 3 sets of that.

As was previously stated, great job around the love handle area. But also upon further speculation you've gotten more cut around your arms and upper back. Keep it up.
 
That's quite a fro, dude! And, nice weight loss too.
