Well, I started my weight loss journey in June last year when I weighed 273lbs/19 and a half stone. I'm 19 years old (18 when I started) and 5' 11''. I was sick of looking and feeling the way I did and knew that I had to do something. I started by just walking or going on the stationary bike. I started slowly and built up. I also started cut out the rubbish I had been putting into my body and trying to find new healthier things to eat. Since last June I have lost 60lbs, as of today and weigh 213lbs. I very happy with things so far, but still want to lose another 40-50lbs.
The past month or two I have been slacking. Not always eating as healthy as I could and not excercising as much as I should, but this week I have to get back on it, so I decided to post my progess pictures to give me some sort of accountability.
My ultimate goal is to be around 165-170lbs. Right now the goal I want to focus on is to lose at least another 20-30lbs by June for when I go on holiday.
