Problem Thighs - I need your opinion
Hi Everyone,
I am new here. And the reason I joined is that I need inputs from people who have had the same problem as I am and has successfully resolved their "problem thighs" without surgery.
The over all look of my body is ok except for my thighs. My body is so unproportioned. My waist measure 27 inches but each of my thighs measure 25 inches. I looks so disgusting. I have tried losing weight and making sure I exercise everyday. I run outdoors, on the treadmill, and love the ellipticals. I do a lot of squat exercise as well knowing I have a problem with my thighs.
I have spoken with several body builders and trainers in the gym and all they say is weight-loss is the key. All the bulk on my thighs are just fat, they say, so diet and exercise should shrink them down. But they seem wrong.
I had a 38 inch chest measurement and 32 inches on my waist. I did loose some inches on those parts, now my chest measures 34 inches then my waist 27 but my thighs are still the same measuring 25 inches around. They are just big and flabby and I don't know what to do. I don't want to loose to much weight and end up flat-chested with my thighs still as huge.
