Thanks so much:) Im so proud of myself, I really like weight watchers, am finding it so easy now, just smaller portions and better foods but still eating treats all the time lol.

Just reading through, i do a similar type of diet i dont know if Slimming world is in new zealand but its kinda the same but with a bit more freedom i started at 222lbs and in 7 weeks lost 19lb. Ive found counting my calories to a good way to tell what im putting in to create a deficiet. Not too be rude but if i wanted to excercise with BF i would recommend sex :blush5: have a good time and shed those pounds :D AAnyways good luck and well done on your journey so far!

Congrats on your fantastc weight loss! You must be so happy, what feels different for you now?
 
Well on Slimming world its basically swapping foods soo instead of a full fat yog have a fat free yog, same with cottages cheeses, cuts of meats basically eating healthier food you have a list of free foods which consist of fruit, veg, meat (trimmed, lean cuts), Pasta, rices and then you have 5-15 syns a day which for example a curly wurly chocolate bar is 5 syns. Its sounds complicated but really isnt once started. You can just eat and eat and eat on it.The free foods of course, google it should have a look at website. I did weightwatchers once and put a stone on in 4 weeks. I was under eating and that was why but i struggled with the point system.

I would recommend doing yoga/pilates video to enhance core strength, flexibilty, and a good stretching. Then lots of sex and the yoga pilates will pay off. There is some websites that tell you what gets worked in certain positions and stuff -

Have you ever tried belly dancing?? I use to go to a local class and we got beasted by the instructor sure worked up a sweat!
I can't really tell that ive lost weight i wish i took photos when i first started my diary so i could physically see the differance but everyone tells me ive lost weight. I can fit into jeans that were too tight and they are loose on me now and stuff like that. That makes me the most chuffed and pushes me on to work at it. I'll be starting my walking/jogging and hopefully running soon so that should help shift those pesky lbs!
 
omg! 2.4 kilos... that is SO awesome!! sure u lose more weight in the beginning, but in my first two weeks i lost 300grams!! haha

Hmmm, interesting abouit Slimming world and Weightwatchers... I am on "Weigh-Less"... in South Africa. It's similar too, more aof a portion counting diet, also incorporates treats and all normal healthy foods. :)

I'm actually a group leader for them and run 4 weight-loos groups a week. (Like weighing in the ladies, getting new members started, helping struggling members...)

I do belly dancing, eeeee, favourite thing in the world!!! I go twice a week, and yep, it gets you sweating!! I’m busy training for a half marathon on 1 May, so right now I am avoiding my running training really well (because I should be sticking to it, see?) heeeheee.

Surya, 300gm is still a loss which is an awesome thing in my book!!! as long as keep going down instead of up we are on the right track:p :)

I'm the same height as you and 23 so I know what you mean about Weight watchers and all the old ladies! It's almost like a little social group for them, but they're so lovely and supportive. I joined at the start of last year and by 6 months managed to get from 80 kg to 66 kg... but then got really broke and couldn't afford it anymore and gained everything and more!!

Now I'm just counting calories, I've only done it for a week but have had a good result. Though, gonna take it slowly but consistently with a load of exercise.

I find counting calories (well, kilojoules) the same as counting points, but without having to look up/calculate the points. I use recipes from the Healthy Food mag and they come with kilojoules all calculated! It's super easy!

im so nervous, my tom has been really playing havoc with my body so il be interested to see what the scales as well as the measurements reveal!!!!!!!!
 
I love weight watchers!!! Its so easy and is working so well for me and teaching me sooooo much about food!! I'm looking forward to my weigh in
 
Had a really interesting week this week haha! hoping for a loss, but had a big night of drinking on sunday!!! but who hasnt! still been counting my points so hopefully I will have a loss on thursday:)

I am doing a similar plan, but just counting Calories, working for me so far - only been a week and 2 days, but lost 3kg in the first week.. :D
