Well on Slimming world its basically swapping foods soo instead of a full fat yog have a fat free yog, same with cottages cheeses, cuts of meats basically eating healthier food you have a list of free foods which consist of fruit, veg, meat (trimmed, lean cuts), Pasta, rices and then you have 5-15 syns a day which for example a curly wurly chocolate bar is 5 syns. Its sounds complicated but really isnt once started. You can just eat and eat and eat on it.The free foods of course, google it should have a look at website. I did weightwatchers once and put a stone on in 4 weeks. I was under eating and that was why but i struggled with the point system.
I would recommend doing yoga/pilates video to enhance core strength, flexibilty, and a good stretching. Then lots of sex and the yoga pilates will pay off. There is some websites that tell you what gets worked in certain positions and stuff -
Have you ever tried belly dancing?? I use to go to a local class and we got beasted by the instructor sure worked up a sweat!
I can't really tell that ive lost weight i wish i took photos when i first started my diary so i could physically see the differance but everyone tells me ive lost weight. I can fit into jeans that were too tight and they are loose on me now and stuff like that. That makes me the most chuffed and pushes me on to work at it. I'll be starting my walking/jogging and hopefully running soon so that should help shift those pesky lbs!
