You look just like me when I was your age Tim.. It's kinda weird. I was very skinny and cut, that soon changed lol. Keep at it and you'll see great results when you're 16-18..

well i cant wait till im 16! woo sweet 16 :D

Hey matt, thanx for saying i got a nice haircut, but its the worst thing thats happened to me in a while lol, i hate it...makes me feel even worst about myself.

Hey, ive got a question for you older people, at what age do you except what you look like and not get depressed about it all the time coz u think ur ugly?

The answer to that loaded question is, what age are you right now, at this moment? You precieve yourself no matter what age you are. Might as well make it a good perception.

It's usually about age 60 for most people Tim. No jokes.

You might want to look into some self-help books. There are a lot of good ones on the topic of learning to love yourself. ;)

tim what r u talkin about? what dont you "love" about yourself? man i wish i was that ripped when I was 14. I wish I was that ripped now!!

Tim, no matter what age you are there will always be something that you don't like about yourself. Some things you can chage some things you can't. try to accept the things that cannot be changed, they make you unique. the things you can change will get you a goal to work towards and provide the modivation to keep moving forward. I hope that you feel better about yourself in the near future. We all get stuck in that place a some point just don't stay there long.

yeah i agree with jen no1 is perfect and you just have to learn to accept ur self and find who you really are deep down inside , i was exactly like u, my own worst enemy but now i realise there are more important things to life and just because u cant do 1 thing there is a million other things you CAN do, its all about believing in your self :)

Tim, it's not what you do, it's what you think. Most of the time, the things you think are going to make you love yourself (like working out) perpetuate your thoughts. Get a grip with yourself. Only you can change that. Prioritize.

I keep saying that because I want you to find something somewhere, read, discover, experience. If you create your own barriers, then no amount of counseling or advice will help you. This is the thing I believe you must grasp.
