my current exercise program and diet:
day 1 wrestling practice then chest/tris
day 2 wrestling practice then shoulders
day 3 wrestling practice then legs
day 4 wrestling practice then biceps/back
day 5 wrestling practice then abs/lower back
day 6 rest day
day 7 run for 30-45 mins or rest..
im doing highschool wrestling, i think im training harder then anyone on the team because they dont go home and hit the gym.. its good cardio and a full body workout.. ^_^ but on my weightlifting ill alternate days depending on how i feel or wut im doing the next day.
my diet is high in protein, and carbs... i eat 6 times a day:
meal 1 4 egg whites on wheat bread or PBnJ n glass of milk
meal 2 protein bar and 20 oz of water to wash it down with...lmao (home made very dryyy)
meal 3 tuna salad and a pint of milk and bread roll or tuna wrap with pint of milk
meal 4 protein bar or can of tuna w/ assorted vegies ^_^
meal 5 w/e my mom cooks.. usualy healthy.. meats, poultry, fish, steak, or pasta..
meal 6 banana or apple or banana and apple ^_^
