No it was taken yesterday but all my pics look the same as far as poses go. I haven't done much since June but it will be my last pic before I start buliking.

my current exercise program and diet:

day 1 wrestling practice then chest/tris

day 2 wrestling practice then shoulders

day 3 wrestling practice then legs

day 4 wrestling practice then biceps/back

day 5 wrestling practice then abs/lower back

day 6 rest day

day 7 run for 30-45 mins or rest..

im doing highschool wrestling, i think im training harder then anyone on the team because they dont go home and hit the gym.. its good cardio and a full body workout.. ^_^ but on my weightlifting ill alternate days depending on how i feel or wut im doing the next day.

my diet is high in protein, and carbs... i eat 6 times a day:

meal 1 4 egg whites on wheat bread or PBnJ n glass of milk

meal 2 protein bar and 20 oz of water to wash it down with...lmao (home made very dryyy)

meal 3 tuna salad and a pint of milk and bread roll or tuna wrap with pint of milk

meal 4 protein bar or can of tuna w/ assorted vegies ^_^

meal 5 w/e my mom cooks.. usualy healthy.. meats, poultry, fish, steak, or pasta..

meal 6 banana or apple or banana and apple ^_^
 
ohh i forgot to mension...i take mega creatine and im trying out endothil-cr i started on sunday :) i alredy see some gains. i only have 1 more week on creatine then its my off cycle..
 
since i only weight 115lbs its effecting my gain =/ i can only bench rep 150lbs. so hopefully if i weight 135 i can start gaining more =)

Care to explain, and give a basic rundown of its nutritional content? :)
 
yeah.. i got the recipe from here actualy :)
"Fast, Cheap and Simple

1 cup Natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons honey
1&1/4 cups whey protein powder
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal

Mix the pb and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80 secs. Add the rest and mix together (get your hands in man!!) can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap and store in fridge!!

protein 20g, carbs 30g and fat 20g of which only 3g are saturated. Those figures are per bar, don't forget your 128g fat divides into 10 to 12 bars and most of the fat in pb is healthy fat which the body uses similar to carbs. The ammounts may vary slightly depending on recipe adjustments, they are well worth the 10 to 15 mins to make. Enjoy your eating bro's"
but what i did is i added milk to the finished product becuase it dosnt stay together very good u mix in the milk until u get a paste and u stick em in the oven for 20 mins or so. they come out delicious ^_^
