You can't do certain exercises to "tone" a certain area, really. You can strength train to build muscle, and eat a clean diet to lose the at that's covering the muscles.
For those areas of the body, various types of squats and lunges, straight leg deadlifts, and a solid ab routine will help build up the muscle. But you should be working your whole body, not just those areas.
