Please Help.

I'm 13, I'm not overweight, I am however interested in developing every part of my body, I'm not particularly big or small, I'm very busy and can not think of a schedule in which to work out, here's my daily routine.

7:30-Wake Up
7:40 to 8:20-Eat and get ready for school
8:20 to 15:40-School
15:50 to 16:50-Do paper round.

then I'm free, I was hoping someone could think up a fitness and workout routine for me, I'm hoping to work out about 1-2 hours every day, I'd be very thankful.

Cada :)

P.S I do not own a multi-gym and there is no Gym around me, that is why it's so hard to work out. :(

You're probably not gonna want to hear this, but you're only 13, don't push yourself too hard or you'll run into serious problems (like your growth being stumped). I suggest lots of cardio, running, cycling, swimming etc. to keep your body in good shape, and no harm in a few push ups and crunches, but just don't push it.

Thanks

well.......I'm gonna look like a total idiot here, what is cardio? and thanks a lot, I jus want to get fit, but I shall heed your warning. :)

Cardio's anything that gets your heart rate up and pushes your circulatory (cardiovascular) system. Stuff like running, cycling, HIIT...

Cada:

BHind has some good advice. What you could do, with limited or no equipment includes the following: Pushups, free squats, pullups, jump squats, crunches, sidebends and bridges. (you can google these terms to get descriptions and demonstrations) Do these exercises, 3 sets each 3 times a week with a day off in between. These body weight exercises should have no negative impact on your natural development and growth and they'll help prepare you for gym work in a couple years.

Ok, I've worked out a schedule, how's this sound?

Weights-Forearms, shoulders, squats with weights, back, calves.
Situps, crunches, pullups, pushups, jump squats, skipping and free squats-3 times a week (1 days rest in between each)

Tuesday-1 mile Jog

Saturday-25 laps of swimming

Make sure you exercise in proper order; and be very safe when using the weights. You're young, i don't want you to hurt yourself.
Follow this order of exercises: Squats, Pullups, Pushups, situps Jumpsquats, Back ( i assume you mean a rowing motion of some sort), shoulders, crunches. That should be plenty of work for you. Complete 1 - 2 sets of everything.

Add another day of cardio as well; and go for time not distance. 20 minutes 3 times a week should be good.

Ok Great thanks, so it's Wednesday I'll be doing my session tonight.

I'll add a day of cycling for Cardio, how's that?

ok ok
