Hey Pinky, like Dari said don't get desperate about those last 10 pounds. Everybody's body is different, but it usually fights tooth and nail on the last ten pounds. Its a lot different than the first 10 or even breaking through a plateau. I have a heart rate monitor as well. I found out my heart is incredibly healthy (Something I kind of suspected). I got one that tells me how many calories I burned and that is really encouraging. People who seem fit sometimes do have bad hearts. My step-dad has the worst heart in my family and he's the only one at his ideal weight. Genetics has a lot to do with it.
