the missionary wives were so funny. they told me to 'leave now!' when i went into pantry to take water. do all american ladies bake and cook so well?

ok so i am flooding my own diary. i figured it's better than flooding others.:)

Day is over. NIte is still young. Friday nite almost 9pm here. I am watching the Real Women Have Curves vcd now. I think the actress is the star of 'Ugly Betty' tv drama. Name is America Fer-something.

Yes i caved in and body went into shock i think. I was so sleepy the rest of the afternoon! Guess this would keep me off the tables next week when the goodies appear EACH AND EVERYDAY.

Happened to see a gorgeous model on MSN webpage when I logged into internet. Call me crazy but I would reallly love to wear these beautiful dresses soon! Ha... early in the morning at 815am and I am 'window' shopping! Lol:jump:

Oh manz! It's a happy day today! My colleague just came back from USA meetings and she got me the Splenda sweetener! A big box of it! Wooooohooo!!!! I AM SO HAPPY! TQ Lord!

Those dresses are cute! I'm still looking for something to wear to a friend's wedding, but it's in August. I'm hoping to be at goal weight by then. :)
 
Hey Pinky, it sounds like you didn't cave too much. I've been visiting a lot of diaries tonight and that cheat bug was definitely going around. We'll all get on track though

i think i'll do well this week even tho the trays of cookies and food are there everyday. last fri was a lesson learnt. I dun wana spend my whole day in semi-conscious state. My body now treats sugar and flour combination as evil hahaha. tks for comin round here!
 
Today will be a sleepy day. I got in 3 hours of sleep only. Family matters again. I spent 12am till 2am sobbing on my bed. It must have been a messy sight, phew the lights were off. Alot of questions went through my mind. Why i have such a evil person as my earthly father... When I will be released from such trauma... When I will meet the prince of my life...

I refuse to be defeated by this setback. It will not put me off track the healthy journey. I will not turn to food for comfort. I will seek to bless others instead. In fact i dropped by the supermarket to buy some fruit for the meeting. It makes me feel good. Even if it is not for myself. Thank goodness colleagues are good support and love. Funny how sometimes love comes not from family but rather outside of that. A colleague without knowing what happened last nite, shared about spending time with someone who loves us and helped us become a better person. Much of her life has been blessed by people, clan associations, govt bodies and policies through love and gifts and bursaries. I am going to spend that time tonite with a frend who cares and loves me. And there won't be much food around but plenty of board games (it's a games cafe) and water!:)

hi PInky dolly.. i'm sorry to hear dat u r upset .. everthing on this earth is a passing phase.. remember .. is if u see a shadow now, it means that there is light somewhere close by.. when i feel low, i read the poem ' IF ' by Rudyard kipling. things wil get better..

i love window shopping too... ofcouse.. i love shopping too!!!:)

i am sure u wil soon b wearing those lovely dersses ..
