Hey don't feel bad. I really appreciated you posting in my diary![]()
Hi Pinky, 40 minutes of jogging on an incline -- that's a pretty intense workout!
Way to go on the exercise girl and the menu is looking pretty good too!!!
Good on ya for the exercise and eating PinkDolly! I love an incline on the treadmill cuz it more closely simulates outside jogging. I had salmon for lunch so we both had fish...yum! Have a great Thursday. Here's to another day of healthy eating and exercise...oh and water.
Hi Pinky!! Dropping by to say good morning, well it's morning for me anyway!! But did want to drop in and say HI!!![]()
A cute golf instructor I have a crush on held the door for me just now! Such a gentleman! Hardly what i expect from a local guy these days. Too bad we didn't talk. He works at a office near mine. Ha...then a few hours later when my female colleagues came back from lunch, they were nagging at a fellow male colleague not being gentleman enuf to hold the door for them to come in. Lol.that's an interesting question - I've actually seen women get offended when men hold doors open for them - I can see why the guys get all gun shy about doing it - I have way more important things to be offended aboutSo guys... do u hold the door for gals? Or R U the type who would say "You've hands to do open the door youself!"
Oh yes Pinky girl - your back - Ive missed you and your office gossip and your storiesGood job on the capri's - maybe just some water retention ??? I get doors held open alot for me actually and when I was at the insurance place a guy helped taneesha - not once but twice when she dropped her drink and sucker...
keep rockin pinky!!
that's an interesting question - I've actually seen women get offended when men hold doors open for them - I can see why the guys get all gun shy about doing it - I have way more important things to be offended aboutwhoever gets to the door first - holds it open for either gender
Though I had a colleague tell me the other day (his mother is schooling him in the ways of etiquette) that when it comes to revolving doors, the gentleman should go thru first and push the door for the ladythat one I had never heard before

Hey Pinky. Good luck with the temptation. I gave in to temptation at work today and now I'm regretting it, but tomorow is another day![]()
