2 pounds at your weight is amazing especially when you've already taken off so much. At over 400 pounds I still consider 2 a successful week so don't go getting spoiled now :)
 
Way to go!! I've been reading over your jounal and you're an inspiration! I have about 27 to go to reagh my goal of 110 so we're pretty close goal and weight to go wise. :)

Hi again everyone! Miz u guys... i was so bz at work. Couldn't post and it's kinda weird that the password needs to be entered to view the diaries????? Didn't know wat to type in 1 min so didn't update my diary at all.

I'm not sure if this week is goin to be another 2 lbs loss cos i feel so sick. Flu and sorethroat. My nose was running in one hole last night.... YES one side of the nose. And the other was blocked. URGH.:(

Now still having that hot feeling whenever I breathe out through my nose. I hope not a fever coming.... I can't afford it right now with so many audio to edit and a script to write! Oh mike, i havn't written that cos was rushing my audios. I've to hand in by 530pm later so lunch will have to be in and crack my brain for wonderful touching words to go with the videos.

I went gym just now though cos I can't stand not working out yesterday. Got hot and sweaty and I feel good! Even better after a shower.
Tonightt is the buffet and I really need to keep my cal low in the day. OK gotta go meeting now....Ciao and have a good evening all!:)
 
If you don't mind me being nosy, what do you do? Before I went into teaching I was a television promotions writer/ producer. I even thought about taking a job working for a station in Singapore because they were recruiting heavily.

i do audio editing. sometimes also short promo recordings. but mine are not for commercial purposes.
Hmm... there's only one local station in Singapore. Is it Mediacorp? They hv the monopoly here. Both radio and tv.

tq... i might be back 2 lbs for next weigh in. The buffet was real good last night. but i managed to hold back on the fried rice. there were lots of sashimi, tempura, beef (yummy in steamboat!!!!) and hotate, chuwanmushi..... it was a nice cheatmeal for this week!
 
THis is not a good day. I am on MC. GOt a bad flu. and I am not doing well at catching up the diaries. My...There are so many diaries to cover now! I'll catch up when I feel better tonight. I thought M was cookin dogmeat when i read her diary just now....:eek:

Goin to rest, get more sane and read the diaries with clarity of mind later. Ciao.
