Pick out the skinniest girl at the party and when you get the urge to eat, look at her and think to yourself, I am going to look soo good and I won't screw up because of something I putin my mouth!! LOL That sometimes helps me out!! Good luck.........:D
 
Today had aerobics dance class. Alot of toning.... shaking butt...twisting butt... i feel so toned in my butt now lol.

Did badly at the party. After a plate full of prawns, fried chicken, pineapple rice, mushrooms, onion rings.... I returned for a second helping! Urgh. Prawns and more prawns. Then had 2 bowls of Bo Bo Cha Cha. Yuck yuck yuck. I'll need to work hard. Good thing I didn't eat breakfast and lunch so my calories aren't through the roof! But bad enuf still.

Came home and immediately took out my big ball to do some exercise and push-ups. Did abit of the dance I learnt today.... so still burning calories rather than lying on the bed watching tv.

Will wake up 730am later to jog at the park opposite. Prayerfully it won't rain. There was a landslide today and my caregroup leader got summoned back to work and check out the damage. Heard it was worse in Malaysia JB. Think abt 12,000 evacuated to dry areas.

Ok.... enuf said. Back to Stormie Omartian dvd.:D

Congrats on getting in some booty shaking that is
a sure way of toning and congrats on burning 400 on the
dreadmill!!! I managed to make myself do 1.5 miles once lol!
I love walking outdoors thogh I can do 5-6 out there.
Rain rain go away come again some other day..............

hey pinky, just dropping in to see how you're progressing. Looks like you're ding great!

The parties tend to get me too... Such dangerous food! But cheating every once in awhile is allowed :)

u guys ROCK! so patient (even tho i keep eating) and encouraging....

just back frm church. i am suddenly so tired. think the rain is gettin to me. slowing me alot.

today's lunch was Yong Tau Hu soup. Basically 8 items off the rack (sound like dept sale lol) for $3.20. U can opt for rice or noodles or go with it. I skipped that. Oh items on the shelf are mostly fishpaste stuff. They hv veg (choice of spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, seaweed), egg, crabstick, meatball, fishcakes, fishpaste chili, fishpaste stuffed tofu...... I only had one fried item while the rest were dumped into soup to be cooked.

Tot that was kinda healthy until a gal whipped out a big bag of nougats that she bought in Australia! Yes guess what this silly gal MUA did..... I had 4 pieces of the chunky ones. Bad i know. I am off to google how much damage that costs in cal.:(

It's raining whole day. Guess it'll be a date with Mr Billy Blanks later via DVD.:p
 
A date with Mr. Billy Blanks is better then a date with Mr. Haagan Daas :)

This is what I say as well, I need to have a date with Billy , LOL...We might need to share him, I need ot have a date with him today as well...been putting it off all week, LOL

Lol.... i enjoy kicking off sweat with all the moves he teach. Oh manz did u have a look at his daughter? She's so fit! I wld love to hv that kinda body! I heard they go round teaching US troops too.

Only 2 pounds lost this week. I need to break out of the 130s!:(

This week has to be very very very disciplined.
Thurs there's a jap buffet dinner cos of frend's bday. I am going to stick to seafood/salad/steamboat. No tempuras or sushi!!!!

Only managed an hour on treadmill today. WIll put in more exercise tomorrow!

Yes that is the one I did yesturday...Boot Camp...it was so hard...which one is his daughter I didnt knwo she was on the vids with him ???

I never tried the boot camp......i have the old tapes but they are still really good stuff!!!!

Thanks star. i told my frends i am sticking to steamboat. Going to be a reallly expensive steamboat dinner lol. Unless i can find healthy jap dishes included in the buffet.
