Lunch:
Small packet Lay's BBQ chips
mushroom and veg salad
2 slices honeydew melon

No snickers today since I had the chips.
Green tea to help fight the crave whole day.

It's difficult to stop munching when stressed at work.....urgh!
 
oh, im all over the map. mostly im in bed between 11pm-1am and up between 5-6am. don't need much sleep.

well ive always worked 10-40 hrs per week (full time 2 yrs out of the 8 at home, 6 yrs part time). so i'm not completely out but its a scary prospect getting back in.

do some bookkeeping for family owned business, website stuff.
 
Morning everyone! (oh nite i guess for most of u:p )

hi patty....guess it'll be a good change maybe. So u dun get stuck doing same things over for several years.


OK. Back to my food n exercise log.
Bad. Eaten tons of naughty food and didn't do exercise for last 3 days.
Dragged myself to gym this morning and finished 30 min on treadmill. Music really helps. Was able to go on 7.0 for abt 25min. Not bad considering i've slacked off for 3 days lol. Anyway hope to do the 8.0 tmr. Also did some weights. Shucks i can feel the 2nd bulking phase comin. Wonder how long this one will last.

Food today has been a big bowl of honeymelon. Real sweet! And filling. Not sure what's for snack. Maybe some almonds n berries.
Need to drink more water too. Still feeling abit dehydrated.
Lesson learnt: Never spend lazy Saturday in bed unless there's a jug of water within reach.

Bz today! Will visit diaries later...while u guys hv a good nite sleep. Think I've to work late today. Back to woooooork! :(

I wish I could drink green tea especially if it helps with cravings,
but I can't swallow any tea for that matter!Congrats on giving that

First time i had pretzels. YUCKS. I gonna bake them in cheese tmr.

Sigh...i am starting to see a couple of stretch marks on my thighs!!!!!!!:eek: Is there anyway of getting rid of them? I need help!

Gotta watch my intake today. Usually staying late at work means I''ll munch at any food to get dat energy going.... Havn't done overtime since starting this healthy lifestyle. Urgh, hope today goes well. Back to work!

What do you do for work...and I am doing ok thanx...getting there...what billy blanks do you have is it the boot camp...it is freakin hard man...but I love tae bo...it is such an excellent work out...wishing you well at work...
 
i do radio program editing....something like a deskbound dj haha. now rushing to get new series done.

mine is taebo! 2 dvd pack. i prefer the cardio one rather than fat blasting. It is so difficult to catch up. But really make me perspire.....i was kicking sweat off my fat thighs after 15 min.:p

Shucks realised I am still overweight acc. to my nation's standard. Need to be under BMI 23 else counted as overweight.....BAH! 7 pounds to go before I can reach that healthy status!!!!!

you're an editor! awesome... due to the extreamly low budgets, I edit as well. I've never editted for radio however.

oh, and btw... pretzels taste better with beer... and your piss drunk lol

Yeah I love the Tae Bo...you want sweating man...try the 8 minute work out...I sweat and huff and puff like crazy to that one man...Your job sounds cool...is it kinda boring, or do you enjoy it ???

Apparently for Singapore. The KIASU nation. The website says we hv higher fat percentage compared to westerners so we shd hv diff standards to keep ourselves healthy. Urgh. 7 pounds will take abt 3 weeks.
