Urgh couldnt keep hands off the rolls:( . They look so yummy! n lots of it. Post pic tonite.

2 weddings next week(actually same couple but church reception n wedding dinner are on separate days:( )
So I better do some pre-wedding SOP this week first!:p Hmm...maybe i can eat half a snicker bar per day. lol......

Ok meetings over. Back to my station.

This hectic week is wrecking up my week. Totally screwed up the food n exercise. Walked into pantry just now and saw leftover cinnamon rolls frm yesterday. Could hv, should hv...BAH. I took one. Not just dat....then i opened the fridge and took out cheddar cheese n sprinkle on top. And toasted it in the oven!!!!! Oh my....back to my bad habits. This week gonna cost me a few lbs. Can't make it for my christmas goal!!!!:(

Thinking of going gym during lunch. Well thinking....not doing. How did i get to such a lazy stage?!!?!??!??! Goin to hide now. I feel bloated.

Scale at home goin haywire too. I tripped over it last nite and the plastic covering the scale cracked.:( Test weighing this morning and I m heavier by 10 pounds?!?!?!?!??!?!??!??!?!?!??!?!??!?!?!:eek:

Don't give up yet on your Christmas goals, you still have lots of time! You can do this, trust me!

Sorry you had a bad run in with the refridgerator
I had a mean run in with the cuppard which by the way I need
to add me a peanutbutter sandwhich,it was on lowfat lowcalorie
wheat bread around 9:30 pm past my 8pm mark so hopefully
scale won't hate me in the morning :rolleyes: ! Anyway what Mike
said "DO NOT" give up on your xmas goal, you can do it we all slip
off now and then it's the matter of picking yourself back up which
you'll do! So keep up the goodwork!:D Tammy
 
Hi Pinkity - are you sure your didn't kill the scale in a fit of rage?? lol... Hang in the - it will get better. You can do it - just have to keep reminding yourself!
 
Awww Hang in there Pinky!!
We all have those times where we're eating what we shouldn't or a little too much, but just remember that you can and hopefully will pick yourself right back up and go on with your healtheir lifestyle :)
Don't lose faith yet!!

You're gonna make it to your Xmas goal! :D
