Hey! Just jumping in here to check on you cause you do the same to me! You are doing well, and here's a little advice, if you havn't gotten it already...
If you do have a "bad eating day" don't worry about it. Don't beat yourself up about it, and don't look back on it. The more you do, the more you think about it and get down on yourself. And for me, when I get down on myself, I eat to make myself feel better.
