ugh. seeing those side by side almost makes me ill. The funny thing is I pulled up the two pictures I posted yesterday and showed them side by side to my wife. She almost flipped. Her and I had talked about the crazy things that were happening to me but she said that until she saw them like that she never realized how big of a change it was.
I think she is proud to have a husband who looks like that. :D

Apparently I need to show her these too. Hell, even I am impressed with that change.

I posted pictures 5.8 and am now happy I did. I took pictures yesterday. I personally see a huge change but wanted to post them so to get any others opinions and to show people what I was talking about with my moment of clarity.

So it is more than a month later...how are you looking these days?

You looked pretty good when i saw you last but I didn't have these for comparison :)

Work has been keeping me from fun. All work and no play means Brian doesnt post as much...
I cannot believe it has been a month already sonce those pics that changed my attitude.
I will take some more progress shots when I remember but here is a couple of pics of myself in different work type shirts until i can post others
these simply show that I have not blown up to all hell. :)
I will try to post new physique shot when I remember

Brian you look AMAZING!!!!!

Very pulled together - you can tell how much your body has changed overall. I can't wait to see your physique pics...I bet you loolk fantastic :)

I have changed dramatically- I was looking through my file and found some old progress pics and saw a huge change.

What do you mean by 'pulled togaether'?

you are just supposed to know what i am thinking...

*sigh*

what i mean is that you could have just lost 45 pounds and done nothing and you would look like a less fat version of yourself. what you did instead, is not only lose weight, but change the physical composition of your body. you are so much more than a man who has simply lost weight. you have changed your appearance in a huge way. brian, you are not the same man you were when you started this in every single way possible but what i mean by 'pulled together' is that you have changed your physical appearance in more ways than just by losing weight.

the WT is what made the difference in your appearance, not just making you smaller, but making you look different.

not sure if this makes sense or not...hope it did. :)

This could not be further from the truth now, don't you agree?

I have told you this before, but the change in you, especially as of late is simply just amazing.

I am so proud of you Brian.
 
Over a month since I have posted in here....

Well, just a few pictures taken today just to chart 'progress' and more importantly to show that I have not become more of a bloated fatass than my last set of pictures.
This is also important because I have switched from a training mode back to a weight loss mode. I trained for my 10k, ran it, and now am committed to losing again. So these will chart progress for that too.
 
BTW- thought this would be interesting to some people.
this is a picture of me from my honeymoon 10 years ago. I had the caveman long hair look going.
Wife is cropped out in case anyone was wondering- the picture not the life. :)

It is a picture of a picture so the quality is not great but the idea is there.
 
Ugh, how did your wife marry a hair style like that? :D

You're lookin great though brian, can't wait till I'm out there running.
