I am just happy they are going down again- I got real frustrated there for a while.

I told you that it would move eventually...I got hung up at exactly the same weight, I think that it didn't move for something like 6 weeks - I wanted to jump off my roof or take out my office gun and shoot myself...it did eventually move. So now you know, the next time it happens, that as long as you stick with it, that things will keep moving in the right direction.

For those of you that have been following my story you will know that I had a 'holy shit' moment last week. Everything seemed to come together in one week.
I posted pictures 5.8 and am now happy I did. I took pictures yesterday. I personally see a huge change but wanted to post them so to get any others opinions and to show people what I was talking about with my moment of clarity.
first picture was taken 5.8 at around 225.
second was taken 6.11 at around 220.

I know, it is kinda crazy for a month or so. And only a 5 lb or so difference.

Now you understand why I still have no idea what the hell is happening here.

Brian, great results. I think you are seeing the difference between weight loss and redistributing the weight. You were losing fat and gaining muscle, so no change on the scale. I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know. It's nice to see it, though.

sweetie if I could catch her do you really think I would let her go? So much work left to be done on me. :D

I will however UPS some of the 'hotti dust' to you.
 
Oh, yeah, UPS just loves delivering small envelopes filled with "dust." You won't have Homeland Security knocking in your front door.
