S slippyslaps 0 Jan 16, 2007 #6 I was breathing in, maybe i shoudnt have lol i have edited it with a new one just taken now, sorry and yeah i lift weights umm i normally eat like.. : protein shake when i wake up followed by banana BLT sandwich or sommet for lunch umm veggie etc for dinner and protein shake before i go bed any more advice plz
