Hey dude amazing results man... I'm sorry I didn't catch it before... what is your starting weight? I'm trying to focus more on becoming trim and toned. I lost a lot of weight, but I'm still flabby... wanna change that this year... I'm also going to be training for a 1/2 marathon, which I'm excited for.
My question is did all the running you did training for the 1/2 marathon help you become more toned, or did it eat away at your muslces. Did you eat more protein to avoid muscle loss from all the cardio training for the marathon? How was training... did you get to run it? In the fall I was able to sucessfully run about 7 miles, then I got knocked out of the running game due to injury.. I'm hoping I haven't lost my knack for it.
I know it's like common fact that men lose weight faster than women, but is there anyway that maybe a female can lose weight like a male can? I'm a female and I want to finish up my weight loss this year. Perferably before summer. Maybe leading a little into summer. I have about 80 more pounds to lose. I'm not trying to rush it or anything, but I do want to see these last few pounds melt off just a tad bit faster. Any advice?

Hey Dude, you are lucky cuz you are a super adorable guy even when you're a little chubby. Actually, if you were my man, I would prefer the before, it just makes a man more cuddly, ya know. But you look great, and probably feel good being lighter on your feet. Way to go bro!

Well, Update. Had a Son and havent been able to hit the weights. unfortunately Ive dropped down to 145 pounds. Hoping to hit the weights harder to gain some muscle...
