I'm so stoked! I got up this morning and the scale said.......... 156.6.........I'm doing the happy dance do da do da... I also ate like 1650 cals or something yesterday.. WOW!!!! ...

Today is going to be a long day. It'll be about 5 hrs drive now that I have to go a completely different way AND.. I have to make that drive back this evening! YUCK! Oh well! Wish me luck. I'll be eating out all day long!

Keeps in mind 156.6. :)

Chicken Fajita Quesadilla 1 tortilla

refried Beans (I know both were less than the size of my hand)
1 small dessert tortilla chip w/a dab of whipped cream/ice cream choco/caramel syrup

Snack
less than 1/2 lg peanut butter cup

Dinner
1 banana
1 tbsp pb.

Water 30.9 oz

I'm not sure how many calories I had, but I think I stayed within my alotted calories, maybe.. maybe not.

I did some shopping. Purchased a pair of Levi Blue Jeans, 2 Fossil purses and a fossil wallet. They are Soooooo Cute! I never splurge, and am glad I did! Plus, the sales lady gave us some AWESOME deals. :D It pays to ask if it's 50% discount day!!! Well, sometimes.

Good luck hun! Just make sure you eat before you get too hungry so that your are able to make the right decisions without feeling like anything will work-thats when alot of mistakes are made for me lol.

Hey I am in my car all day long and I still eat well - I pack alot of healthy food and eat noin stop plus drink all my water - boredom is good for drinking water - LOL - Good luck and be safe
 
Thanks everybody! It's 11:20pm and I'm tired! Long day!! My legs are getting increasingly more sore as time passes! Ow! It shows that something is working.. :D I'm glad I don't do squats again tomorrow.

I did a lot of walking around the mall and stores today, but that's about all the exercise I got in. Food intake wasn't that great, but oh well, tomorrow is a new day!! More info in prior post w/shopping and food details.
 
I have always liked the soreness of working out! Maybe I'm demented or something..

Wow. I'm so excited. The Scale said 156.0 this morning YEAH!!!! I am getting so excited seeing some results in the number as well as in the way my body looks and feels.

We have snow outside so I'm thinking i'll need to go out and clear the drive way once it stops. I wish it would snow for the rest of the day though. :)

I also have a take home exam to study for and complete, so I shouldn't be around much today. I really really need to get this exam completed! It has to be turned in by 9am.

not demented at all -that soreness is a great feeling - means you've worked something i think (i'm sure some expert will trot along and tell me that i'm an idiot but i'll go with me delusion... )

I had a nice surprise on the scale again this morning. I'm still not believing it! I'm not sure how it's happening either. The scale said 155.2! OMG!!!! I'm eating more calories than before, Thanks to Steve and am finally losing, YEAH!

Ok, I just checked out my calories, and things aren't as bad as I thought.

I was using my breakfast smoothies at 290 cals and they are only 260 so that's 60 cals right there, and I was thinking some peaches I had were 70 cals and they are only 25.

Cardio: 3 miles treadmill 42 minutes 330 cals jogging at 6.0 for 3 minutes and then walking to cool down and jogging again at 3 minutes. GO ME! woohoo!

Squats:
1 set 140 lbs 8-10 reps
increased weight 160lbs 4 sets 6 reps

Bench Press:
1st set 90 lbs 6 reps easy
2/3 sets 100 lbs 6 reps
4 set 90 lbs 6 reps (barely made #6)

Dumbell Rows:
30 lbs each arm 4 sets

Dammit, looking back you said 3 sets. Oops. I'll try harder next time.

P.S. I'm sure I'm going to be sore as crap tomorrow!
