military press 80lbs(2 sets) 60 lbs 3rd
chest press 100 lbs (1set) 90 lbs (2 sets
Lat pull downs 110 lbs

+++3.10 miles treadmill tonight! YEAH!!!!

Holy Moly I just ate a ton of food. YIKES!

Breakfast
Yoplait Nouriche Super Smoothie
4 egg whites
2 slices whole wheat bread

banana
4 marshmallows
1 individual box fruit loops

2 packs sb diet pb cookies =(

Whole wheat cappellini pasta
Pasta sauce w/97% ff meat
1 breadstick

I have eaten all day long. I just couldn't seem to get full today..until now.

I went grocery shopping and was able to exert my will over most of the bad things while still hungry, but I did come home with 3 individual size bags of hershey kisses --for that chocolate craving I know I'm going to get soon, but I did resist the cookies, more cookies, cake & brownie aisle, reese's pieces, and mini choco muffins. YEAH.--oh and I haven't touched the chocolate yet. Go me!

Nice going g-shopping on a full stomach! It helps me. And i know how you feel--I allow chocolate but I try not to touch cookies and baked goods--chocolate is WORTH IT though. The other stuff? Not as satisfying and definietly not worth it.:)
 
Well, I tried having a full tummy..all the food up to the psketti dinner was before shopping, but it didn't really work out for me. I just couldn't seem to get full.

I did come home with skinny cow ice cream cones - planned
chocolate jello pudding fat free-planned (I use ff cool whip and make a delicious dessert)
and the unplanned hershey kisses which will be really awesome with some popcorn at some point over the weekend.
 
Edit: Other developments.. forgot to post earlier

Got an 89 on Exam 2 B+, but with my 5 extra credit points, that means I get an A!! Woohoo.

Another exam/test to do this weekend, and 2 more weeks then exam week .. yeah.
 
Yay on the A!!! Good for you! Planning the food is wise too! Planning will help splurges! I need to plan snacks more!!! :) keep it up photocrazed!

Well, this morning, I weighed the least that I have weighed since starting this journey. Only by .2, but I'm hoping that tomorrow I see a lower amount.

I'm not sure how many calories dinner was last night, but I did watch the amount of food I ate, and I don't think it was that bad in general.

Went to a birthday party this evening. I don't think I did too badly.. but I have no idea how the food was prepared so I can't say how many calories each item had. =( The party was for adults, but there were a few kids there. It appeared the theme of the party was drunkenness, and most if not all there were working on getting trashed.

Hubby and I ate, and visited for about 1.5 hrs and left before the cake and dessert was cut into. I was fine with that. =)

I hope tomorrow's weigh in goes well.

Also, and only slightly peeved about this.. the lady having the party needed liquor..so a trip was made to the liquor store and she had all the girls go with her.. ALL of them but me that is. ..wonder if that was an accident?

Sorry to hear weight wasnt what you desired- but don't give up! And don't forget weight fluctuates due to an endless number of factors so don't get too discouraged!
 
Oh boy - I'm right there with you being disgruntled at the scale!
Next weigh in WILL be better :)
 
Get em' next time! No biggy. When my scale doesn't go the way I had hoped, or my measurements are off, I take advantage of it. It fuels me to work harder!

I have started working on my research paper for my sociolinguistics class, and couldn't really find ANYTHING that correlates to my topic. SO I emailed the professor and she says I need to broaden my topic. I have never heard this. Normally I hear, "your topic is too broad, you need to narrow it down." Grrrrr.

So I'm not sure how much time I'll have this week plus, I have a yardsale to prepare for on Saturday. woohoo.. I hope I make some Money!!!

And volleyball starts on Thursday. YEAh!
