I took your advice and used all rep ranged georgen, as you can see the reps were increased in order.
I think you will like training in different rep ranges.

Damn wildlife interupting cardio! Saw a bullshark when I went for a swim the other day so I decided to turn back as well!

I ran so deep in the mountains i started seeing alot of "mountain lion" and "rattle snake" signs. And then the sun started to set and it was getting dark and i was like hmm prob should turn back now.
