I think counting your calories always makes sense, kind of a calibration for your plan. I suspect the SW plan you have is well thought out, and designed to be easier to follow than calorie counting. And I suppose its possible that all calories are not created equal, some food may be more fattening per calorie than others. That last point is just me speculating, I really have no idea.
Found the website and showed it to a pizza shop manager I know tonight. He's thinking about it, but I guess it presents some crust construction problems. That was his concern, but he did see the attraction. From the consumers point of view I like it!legarra pizza Milanos
