I have to say all I could think was lion bar lol . But yeah to the lion king being prepared .

I had some vouchers left over from a xmas gift so I bought some new jeans today and 2 new tops . One a medium and one a S/M . Slowly getting some new clothes which is great . Got a good days work done also and vacuumed the house .

Rob I picked bigger jeans out and put them on so not really . The lady in the store got me 2 sizes smaller . I thought they would never fit. I was delighted.
Em I just went to a local boutique where they had the end of season sale last day is today I think . They are good quality jeans . My other ones are dunnes stores .

Enjoyed a lovely day yesterday. Went for a lovely mountain walk and even though it was cold I enjoyed every minute of it. Hope to go again soon. Went out for dinner with a friend too but my meal was not good. Most of the food choices were high calorie cream based sauces. I should have had a steak but I thought I would have the chicken ceser salad . To say I would get a better one at a filling station in the pre made salad section is an understatement. I didn't make a fuss as it was more about a catch up with a dear friend than the food but I am inclined to phone the restaurant today to tell them in a constructive way.
When we were getting up from the table to leave a young man passed by me on his way to the bathroom put his face near my ear and belched loudly and walked away laughing . I'm just disgusted at the bad manners of people. We did think of approaching him when he returned to his table but they were a rowdy lot with lots of alcohol so I just left it . Not nice eh !
 
I´m sure he thought he was hilarious. He´ll learn - or else he´ll suffer from bad relationships all his life - but it sucks that you had to be on the receiving end of his kindergarten-level sense of humor. And bad food as well! I hope you really enjoyed your friend´s company.
 
Hey Petal, sorry your evening didn't go better, but it doesn't sound all bad, you got to catch up with a friend and despite limited choices found something healthy to eat, something you were not tempted to overeat. Not bad, as for the run in with the obnoxious drunken guy, that was his bad, not yours. Hopefully he felt embarrassed when he sobered up, if not he sure isn't worth thinking about. And now you know not to go back to that place!

I have a busy day ahead with lots of driving and my dentist visit thrown in. It's going to be a mad one. I'm going to prepare a small lunch and my snack bag.
This whole week is busy really. I'm getting anxious about some stuff so I need to be really careful.

Good that you know to be careful. You're a busy lady, you've done this before I am confident you will be fine. Remember you can let a lot go, you don't have to post much etc, just so you eat right. But you know that.
 
Not really checking in at the moment as my poor dog is unwell . At least I’m not having a binge urge . Just eating to keep fueled . Hope the pooch be improved soon .
