Petals diary

You'll make it, I know you will.
Yes I stuck it out thankfully.
I´m glad it´s Sunday today so I can´t go out to the shops :p Going to try that video tonight!
I did again last night and had a pretty deep sleep.

Are shops still closed on Sunday in Austria? Here, even in Utah, most are open all the time. The Walmart near us never closes, open 24/7. When I was a kid most shops were closed on Sunday, but that's a thing of the past, long past.

Same here Rob but a lot of mainland Europe closes on Sundays.

Thanks Cate hope you do too.

I had a nice day yesterday. Did a little shopping for things I needed. Also we had roasted beef for dinner with loads of veg. Bit headachy this morn from deep sleep so I'll check out all the diaries later as I chip through the day.

Today was a good day . Worked hard , lunch with a friend . I had a chicken salad . Visited another friend . Usual eve stuff of school work and dinner . That was pasta with some homemade tomato sauce with chicken pepper and onion and a serving of spinach .
I should be cleaning or walking but I’m tired so I’m flobbing In front of a Netflix movie.

Amy the joker doesn’t appeal to me but hoping to see downtown abbey this weekend .

I watched Fractured Emily . It was ok , bit of a psychological thriller . Anything’s better than the incessant brexit on the news.

I have noticed my daughter has dropped weight. She is inclined to be a bit heavy at times In fits and starts and is shorter than I but she eats really healthy most of the time . I have no idea how much she has lost because she has never weighed herself and has no interest in . She is conscious about things like sugar . This morning I made her oat waffles . I ground 20g oats in a blender , 1.5 tablespoons of quark with vanilla , 1 egg and some canderel and cinnamon . Looked delicious and she had with berries . For her sake I will be for sure carrying this healthy regime on for myself as we both are benefiting so much .

You are wise to set a good example for her, and it seems to be working. You are a good mother, one who I suspect doesn't do a lot of flobbing.

That sounds so good, that she's eating healthy and losing a bit of extra weight, but also that she's not obsessing about it - absolutely the best of both worlds! Terrific, both of you! :)

No Rob I don’t flob too much . Today I worked for about 5 hours then home did laundry , vacuumed , cleaned bathrooms , made soup, prepped dinner for later , and off to sweep paths now from leaves . Bit of a pointless task but they get slippy If wet .

Yeah Amy she is grounded and I did my best not to inflict my weight and eating issues on her . Fingers crossed !

Reading this made me realise how much of a flobber I am! :D

Well done, Petal. Not only are you a good mum, but also not much of a flobber. I love that word & have never heard it before :)

Lol lol I am laughing reading this. I have flobbed too long reading in here this morning so I may come back later to update . Weigh in this evening. Had been feeling positive as I have stuck to plan religiously and felt great but today I feel all bloated. Ughhhh

I think that may be a law of physics: weigh-day is bloat-day.
