Sounds like a very relaxing day! Yum to dark bread dipped in soup!!!
 
Had a vegetarian day today . Had my fruit yoghurt and granola . My homemade soup followed by Greek yogurt . Then a veggie stir fry . Had a bit of cheese and grapes too . All delicious food .

Dental appt today and a clean bill of health so happy .
 
Your veggie day sounds good Petal. Yay for a clean bill of health from the dentist! Your bank balance will also be happier.
 
Isn't it a great feeling to come through a dental check-up with flying colours? And as Cate says - it's also a money-saver. :D

Hi Rob thanks for asking . Yesterday I was actually exhausted. I had zero energy , was dizzy and felt unwell. I think I do too much . I work , look after the house , try to spend time with family before the summer holidays are over and I do so much driving . I feel quite overwhelmed right now. My house is getting me down a bit right now , dusty ,messy , stuff thrown about . We probably sacrificed housework in favour of getting out and about .good I know but the work piles up. When I get off here I am going to go spend half hour picking up and vacuuming . Some ironing too.
Some good news though I lost 1.5 lb this week. This month has been the slowest loss with 3.5lb only since beg of August . I will aim to make it a 5 lb by next week. However total so far 21 lbs . I am pleased.
Not much else to report . Need super motivation now to get that 1.5 lb by next week so will keepas active as possible .

Went out with friend for lunch today had , lettuce , tomatoe, chicken, little potatoe, chickpea and butternut squash and something else for the life of Me can't recall. Salad stuff anyway ! Was delicious .

Very good news! And 3.5 lbs lost in August is a significant accomplishment, particularly when you think about what would have happened without dieting.

Lunch sounds lovely and just half an hour can make such a difference in how you feel about your living space!
It did Lama and I cleared all the ironing too .

Yes it wasn't bad Cate . Did lots of walking about yesterday and ended up having s very late dinner . Had some frozen acai berries yesterday although I didn't eat them for a while as didn't want to set my teeth off. They were nice .

Not posting much this morning as I didn't sleep well and I have a terrible headache .
 
Sounds like you have a lot on your plate but keep prioritising your health! Get your daughter and husband to do some picking up too if you are overwhelmed.
 
Thanks Cate, LaMa and Em . I ended up having a lazy morning . Watched some box sets , had a foot mask and did my nails . Felt well enough by 4 pm to dead head and water my flowers . Cooked a nice meal with my daughters help of fajitas . I substituted my wrap for 4 small salad potatoes cut in wedges and roasted in the oven with olive oil and sea salt ( only time I use salt ) . Served with lots of stirfried peppers , onion and really good chicken from the butcher . And about 40 cals worth of a fresh tomato salsa .

Went for a walk then for an hour along the canal and through the town . Turned into a nice day .
 
Sounds lovely. Cooking and eating together is so much more fun, isn´t it?
