I think this is wonderful! I have been trying to do a lot more of what I want to be doing with my life - figuring out what I want to look back on with happiness from this period of my life and trying it. I think it gets me out of the "don't do this, don't do that" pattern with food and into being focused on what I really want and why, which just takes all the focus off of emotional eating and grazing.
Your book sounds intriguing, and I am happy you are sharing about it! I can't wait to hear about what is working from the things you are trying! I love experimenting with trying new things, and often need outside impetus to do that, so I got a women's art book with descriptions of the women's lives who created the artwork and exercises to do for each section. I am excited to start the exercises!
