man it's nice to run in the colder weather.
long stretch period, then off I went.
ran my one mile out, and back for warm up... good sweat going thru sweatshirt in back of truck,
and off we go 3.5 miles to the middle school
timed 2, 1 mile, pace setters on the track (BORING!!!), 1 mi at 9:12, and 1 mi @ 8:47. Can't quite seem to nail that 9 min mile.
3.5 miles back to park
3 loops on nature trail = 1 mile
11.5 miles 1:55:02 = nice run, no pain anywhere. Getting lighter and stronger.
nutrition--- need to remember to drink more even when it is cool, lost over 4 lbs in from weigh out to weigh in. Had one power gel, and 36 oz of gatoraide.
