Performance -Not Enough!

and Georgen I can actually feel the forward roll in my shoulders due to my pecs and tricepts pulling my arms down.

It's amazing what 500 push-ups in one day can do. :D

Actually, if you are learning to feel how things change, all the push-ups were worth it.

OK, that is cool Georgen. I can feel that my shoulders are much looser again today.

Friday night ran with my sugar.

Saturday:
5:30 am, I met up with what turned out to be an antelope. She is the ironwoman!! she, or we, ran 11-12 miles, started super fast, and ended sorta fast. I silenty cried over the pain in my shoulders.

then played raquetball with g8r80, beat him 3 in a row. but when I am 10 years older he will probably beat me. OH WAIT- I will never be older--- he will nver beat me.

then swam some laps.

AND, when I went to register for Gasparilla a couple of the ironmen were there and we registered for the half and WE BE RACING for who gets to lead the "iron spin class" the following week! So, I am doing the half mary. I HAVE TO SACRIFICE MY SUB 4 HOUR GOALs; will I lose the reward :( maybe, but I plan to lead these guys in a spin class hell session- I already have a few ideas..


Today- mountain biking, and made a jump that broke the frame of my hard tail. oh, and bent the rim in half and yada yada-= trashed a bike. One of those- "hey guys watch this" moments. decent vid tho.

running a 2 mile route later with punkinpiecreameontop.

2 miles with TJ- he is registered for the 5k at Gasparilla so he wants to run now. 10/min pace

then another 5 on my own - 8:30 pace.

single arm bent over rows 2 X 10 with 50's
power clean 3 X 4
bent over rows with long barbell 10 @ 95, 10@ 115, 6 @ 135
cable twister thingys 25 each arm
bench press 225 x 3 (yeah baby) then 2 x 10 @ 155.
single POWER CLEAN @ 225

Swim: 1000 - 10 X 100, swim no breathing first half of first 25 and no breathing last half of last 25. So i would start the hundred holding breath and then end it holding breath.

ride: 5.7 mi.

run: 2 miles with my babers. 18 min/miles hhahaah just kiddin~! I am tire now.

Hey Todd,

Yer wheel is shot. If you can get a replacement wheel (try online or ebay), I can replace it on your wheel and true it. I have a Park truing stand and used to work in a bike shop.

then took off and set what I believe is a new PB

5 mi distance- 38:40:06

8 miles total run tonight

not sure but I know it is sub 8, probably about 7:48's or so.

Legs feel good. Lungs hurt. skin is blistering and splitting (seemingly)

run: 30+ estimated total running time- 4:56:62, total out time over 7 hours. and with all the breaks i was fast, and I went thru legs swellin up several times.

weighed out at 190.3 (big fatty feeling)- had already eaten oats, apple, and about half gallon of water.

ran 2 miles with honey
then ran (6+) to Sports Authority
then ran abou (3+) miles to Starbucks- expresso
ran (5) to whole foods- snacked around, had protein bar, and wheat grass
ran (3+) to nature trail entry- stretched real good
ran (14) miles about a 9.5 min pace
ran (3 miles home.

consumed 4 gels, and who knows how much water during the run.

after run - protein shake (a 4 scooper), flax seed 3 tablespoons,fish oils 4000 mil, and chocolate brownie wth creme cheese. :) sue me!

drove to gym, steamed and stretched for 30 min, drank an entired gallon of water in steam

weighed in for the day at 184.

that is the type of thing I like to be in shape for.
