run: 30+ estimated total running time- 4:56:62, total out time over 7 hours. and with all the breaks i was fast, and I went thru legs swellin up several times.
weighed out at 190.3 (big fatty feeling)- had already eaten oats, apple, and about half gallon of water.
ran 2 miles with honey
then ran (6+) to Sports Authority
then ran abou (3+) miles to Starbucks- expresso
ran (5) to whole foods- snacked around, had protein bar, and wheat grass
ran (3+) to nature trail entry- stretched real good
ran (14) miles about a 9.5 min pace
ran (3 miles home.
consumed 4 gels, and who knows how much water during the run.
after run - protein shake (a 4 scooper), flax seed 3 tablespoons,fish oils 4000 mil, and chocolate brownie wth creme cheese.

weighed in for the day at 184.
that is the type of thing I like to be in shape for.
