-4lb. I dunno - another big loss but I'll take it. I've been very conscious about eating this week. I tried to get at least the bottom rung of my goal. So hopefully this loss will stick, I hate the 'two steps forward one step back' thing that I've been doing lately.

I've got a ton to do today. Not being around for a week except to sleep has turned my bedroom into a giant pigpen. :eek: Then I want to start knitting my red hat and read park of this book that Giggles suggested: The Celestine Prophecy. Anyone read it? What did you think of it?

Tomorrow I'm meeting an old friend from school for coffee. I'm not seen her in at least 12 or 13 years! I'm soo nervous, but in an excited way. Hmmm.. I wish I was better at conversation. :p

I didn't log my food for yesterday, too tired when I got home. I'll do that in a little bit and post it later.

Congrats on the minus 4 :) Impressive stuff especially at this time of the year - kinda exciting thinking about how you're gonna stomp those el bees when the weather breaks again.

Yes a Giggle-less night. *sigh* :( He's got to work.
But I did spend most of this past week with him...

Coffee with the friend went really well. It was so good to see her again. She's still so fun to be around. We've made plans to get together again for sushi. Mmmm.. sushi. *drool*..lol.

So yesterday I ate horribly - I just went wild and didn't long a single calorie. First time this month so it's not so bad and I made sure I did my exercises, I don't feel like a total bum. ;)

I feel like I owe everyone a big apology. I've been in and out all week but not actually posting and supporting like I should. :eek: You guys are great and keep me accountable. Thank you, I do appreciate it!!

Food & Activity
Breakfast: Turkey sammich with lettuce, 5 baby carrots, 1 serving of sweet potato chips, 4oz grapefruit juice
Lunch: 1/3 of a frozen pizza
Supper: beans & cornbread with smoked sausage, cottage cheese & spinach
Snacks: 1 pc. of turtle cheesecake

you're doing great amy :) i'm glad that coffee with friend went great. and as for horrible eating...it was just one day. its ok, as long as it isn't every day right?

I hope your having agreat day and 1 day isn't bad
just don't let it continue into a 2-3 week ordeal it makes it alot harder
to hop back on track trust me I am still trying I am on day 2 and day 1 felt like eternity lol! Well enjoy your Sunday Tammy
