Yes a Giggle-less night. *sigh*

He's got to work.
But I
did spend most of this past week with him...
Coffee with the friend went really well. It was so good to see her again. She's still so fun to be around. We've made plans to get together again for sushi. Mmmm.. sushi. *drool*..lol.
So yesterday I ate horribly - I just went wild and didn't long a single calorie. First time this month so it's not so bad and I made sure I did my exercises, I don't feel like a total bum.
I feel like I owe everyone a big apology. I've been in and out all week but not actually posting and supporting like I should.

You guys are great and keep me accountable. Thank you, I do appreciate it!!

Supper: beans & cornbread with smoked sausage, cottage cheese & spinach
