Pequin Weight Journal

shoes are VERY important when you are excersizing outside...getting an expensive pair that will save your body when it comes to impact would be worth it!

Howdy Amy,
Did you look out the window  ! We got
5 inches of snow blah and yuck I can t walk in that crap.Did you
and Mr Giggles have a fun weekend? Have a gr8 Sunday,Tammy

Hi Guys! Thanks for stopping by!! :D:D

So Giggles & I had planned a little mini trip - nothing too spectacular, just some local sight seeing. Unfortunately, he woke up feeling pretty crappy Saturday and by the time he was feeling better, it was getting dark and the weather was starting to turn so we just stayed in. Fine by me - had a fantastic weekend just watching movies. Chasing Amy, Romeo & Juliette Saturday night then Punch Drunk Love & King Pin today. All very dear to Giggles and all of which I had never seen.

Loved all of them except King Pin which was funny and I liked it... but nothing nearly as great as the others.

Thats it and a G rated nutshell.

Thankfully, the big storm only nicked us a bit. Some sleet & snow but mostly rain. It's wet out but nothing stuck so I'm happy and exercise should be on schedule tomorrow, Yay!

Eating was fine today, had some uber yummy Chinese for lunch, pepper chicken with fried rice & crab rangoon which I split with Giggles. Yummo! Then for supper I had a bowl of homemade shrimp soup, some salad and 3 mini baguette slices. I made sure to drink my water and yeah.. thats about it!

Have a great Monday! :D:D:cool:

lol Mr Giggles sounds like a chick flick man :O

Better to snuggle down with the bad weather than going out in it!

Mornin!

Ack I want another tattoo soo bad. I woke up this morning thinking - hmmmm.. I could put it on the credit card!! Yeah and then I wouldn't have to worry about not having the money 'cause then I could just find a job and pay the credit card and and and .... and then reality hit me - that's pretty irresponsible. My moto is: If you don't have the cash in hand for a splurge of epic proportions then you don't need it as bad as you think.

*sigh* :(

But if I did have the money... I'd get some more koi and a lotus flower which I already mentioned before plus maybe a Japanese proverb in calligraphic lettering. And touch up the heart on my ankle so that it was a bit plumper, like chubby cherub cheeks and maybe put some wings on it and then get a matching one on the other ankle only in blood red and black. (good & bad, Yen & Yang)

Oh well... soon. :D

It's gloomy out today. I got spoiled by the sun Thursday and Friday. I used to love gloomy days but now they just make me tired. And it looks pretty cold out there... which is why I'm sitting here on the computer instead of out getting my walk.

Heya's Amy,
Wow your lucky the crap missed ya all tho
pretty much opf it has melted thanks to 37 degree weather.I may
try to walk later. My family is on a tattoo kick and if I ever get another
I want like 4 frogs or gekos with each of my kids name under it.
I have my left arm with some crap I did at 14 with a homemade tattoo
gun back in my punk bratty days lol.
I have a ozzy slayer anarchy sighn and my initials which I am married
now lol I would like to have those removed not covered with a sleeve tatto
thats to tacky and guyish for me lol!
Good luck sounds cool and probally the ankle wouldn't hurt too bad,
Have a nice day,Tammy:)

You know, I often love gloomy days too, but every once in awhile I get sick of them also as they make me just want to curl up on the couch.

The tattoo ideas sound great! I've been wanting to get one for about *thinks* 10 years... but have yet to get the courage up to go in as well as make a sound decision to what I want.

And hey, don't let that cold weather stop you. Bundle up and get out there. Otherwise the gloomy day and darn winter weather will win! You'll probably feel great after you go for a walk :)

I almost went.. I had decided in the shower after my walk that I was going. I did a little research and found a tattoo parlor that had some good reviews, sketched out exactly what I want on my ankle...

And then I talked myself out of it again.

I just don't have the money to dump, I just don't. *sigh*
But as soon as I see a pay check you bet your bippy I'm gettin' inked! ;)

And yeah, they're painful but not too bad. Your endorphins tend to take over after a bit then eventually you just get numb from the vibrations of the needles. The part I hate is babying it while it heals, crack the scab or let it get too dry - scar, lose the ink. Wash too well or get it too wet - lose the ink. And all the hard work and money is rendered cruddy. Bleh.

Very uneventful day, Got my walk in, did some butt toning exercises, laundry and worked on getting my portfolio up & running again. I live a life on the edge y'all. On. The. Edge. ...lol.
