Weigh in day! I've lost 2lb this week, which puts me at 283. Woohoo!

Great job on the loss!!! That is awesome!!

And the pictures are fantastic!! I really like the one that has multiples... it is so cool to see the progress!!

wow you can really see the difference in the photos. Man im so envious of your cute face, my face looks all boxy and squared like, no cute roundy bits at all :/
 
Oh my gosh you guys are just too sweet! :eek: Thanks for putting a big smile on my face. :D:D I'm finally down to the weight I was nearly 10! years ago. Being a pudgey teen has one big advantage: Your highschool weight is not only attainable, but easily surpassed. :D:D

And yup, Giggles is one busy guy.. actually, I'm waiting while he gets the last of his errands done. Court lasted longer than expected so he didn't get to everything. We're going to nix the movie idea and just stay in for the night. I'm going to rent either 'Chasing Amy' or 'Start Terk 2: Wrath of Kaaaaahn!!' plus pizza. Yummy! And just save the movie for next week. :D:D

My illustartion is coming along. I worked for about 3 hours thisafternoon on it. I think I may make it into a postcard set... assuming I can get in there and do 3 or so other to make it complete. We'll see.

I'll post my food tomorrow since I'm not going to be home until tomorrow.

Exercise: 40minutes of yoga, plus about .75 miles or so - HAD to get out of the house even though it was raining. :p

Had a great time with Giggles.. drank a bit too much and had a gnarly hangover yesterday. :p Today I've had too much sugar (1/2 snicker's, 2 candies, 1 cookie :eek:) and I have the munchies. I tried to curb it with orange juice but that didn't work. I'm disappointed with myself because I have more self control than that. I was eating it thinking, I don't want this, it doesn't even taste good, put it down! But I didn't and now I'm at 1300 so far for the day. :(:eek:

I think I'm going to set up a more solid exercise routine, besides the walking which I have to do or I get restless.

Something like this:
M: walk 1.5 to 2.5 miles
T: walk 1 to 1.5 miles, strength train on upper body & tummy
W: walk 1 to 1.5 miles, 40 minutes of yoga
T: walk 1 to 1.5 miles, strength train on upper body & tummy
F: walk 1.5 to 2.5 miles

Now the hard part is sticking to this new plan without burning out.
