Thanks everyone!!! I hope the weight stays like that through Friday... probably not... but it would be sooo nice. *wistful look on face* 
So can you smell that? That would be my Fake-out Cheesecake. I used fat free cream cheese & low fat eagle brand, very little butter in the crumb crust, low fat graham crackers and a big shot of espresso to give it some flavor. It's smells soo yummy! I wonder if anyone will notice...
Along with the cheesecake, tonight we're cooking 2 kinds of stuffing then tomorrow we're going to make a big pot of sinful Oyster Stew with real cream. *dies* I'm going to take a taste of that one and then keep my distance.
Breaking 300 came at the most apropos time, gives me motivation to keep my whits at the dinner table.
One question though... would it be better to get the walk in before the big meal to jump start the metabo.. or after to burn off some of it? Hmm... or both??
